$25 per Hour Plus Commission- Install Solar Attic Fans and Insulation

I’m looking for someone that is in good physical shape and highly motivated/excited to make really good money. Our techs make an average of $1,000 to $1,500 per week. You start at $25 per hour and after 3 months you will get a raise up to $30 per hour. Our company is extremely busy and our main services are done in the Attic. My lead Tech has been with me for 3 years and will make $70,000 this year. This is the highest paying labor job in the valley. We install Blow-In Insulation and Solar Attic Fans. During the summer months we start at 7:00 AM to avoid the heat. After the summer is over this job is a lot more comfortable and we start jobs at 9:00 AM. We have a culture that is fun and professional. We work hard, but we play hard as well. Every year I take my employees on a company trip. The last two years we have brought our guys to Hawaii. We have barbecues and get together once a month for different activities. Next week I’m taking everyone floating down the Salmon River.
