PART-TIME WITH POSSIBILITY OF FULL TIME Monday - Friday / Some Weekends / Emergency Calls Are Possible Looking for a reliable, skilled handyman/maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our properties. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as general repairs. Being reliable and self-motivated, however a team-player, is essential in this job. Responsibilities: • Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls, etc.; • Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical experience is a must; • Complete regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, pressure washing, painting etc.; • Inspect and troubleshoot various jobs; • Report to maintenance manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress. Requirements / Qualifications: • Must have reliable transportation and tools; • Proven experience as a maintenance worker or other similar position; • Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems; • Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • General passion for creative problem-solving.
