A busy Architectural/ General Contractor Firm in Davie is looking for an individual to assist in the Skilled Handyman aspects of our work. We do primarily Commercial Tenant Interior Build-outs in FL. But we are offered and sometimes contract for Construction jobs in various other States. The Candidate should possess the experience necessary to perform most of the basic skills of a Handyman. This should include, but is not limited to the following scopes of work: Interior/ Exterior Painting or EIFS Repairs; Minor Framing/ Drywall Installation/ Repairs; Minor Floor Repairs or Installation of Tile, VCT or Carpet; Minor Carpentry Installations related to Baseboard, Crown Molding, Doors & Knockdown Frames; Light Demolition Work; Minor Concrete Patching Repairs; and Minor Acoustical Ceiling Repairs. Some experience in Supervising Commercial Construction Projects would be ideal, but not necessary. The successful Candidate must also be willing to travel occasionally for some of our out-of-state Projects. Having a dependable vehicle and your own basic tools will be required.
