Description

This is an interactive business planning and strategy workshop. During this workshop we facilitate thought-provoking discussions, and lead project planning exercises to help business owners develop a roadmap of their business objectives. We use a mixture of white-boarding and vision-boarding activities to develop a structured, tactical plan that is individualized and executable. The goal of this workshop is to provide tools and access to resources that will improve the likelihood of achieving their long-term business goals, and produce immediate results.
