Paddle boarding Series is HERE!
What to expect:
Enjoy a 1 hour vinyasa yoga session on land and a 1 hour lightly guided paddle board session with Surf Dayton on the water!
*We'll have two groups. One group will be on the water while the other is on land then we'll switch:)
*One hour Vinyasa Flow on land
*One hour free flow paddling & lesson on the water
Stick around after for some lite bites, prizes and meet new people! We'll be sure to snap pictures and share with you.
TIPS: No experience needed. Just bring a yoga mat or towel. You can wear normal clothes or a swim suit based on your preference. Details will be sent upon registration with waivers
