Has anyone in Roanoke or surrounding area had mortgage issues with this company? They buy loans from banks then harass you, then they foreclose on your house. They have had my insurance claim check for 2 months, before that it was Wells Fargo, who also played stupid with my insurance check, I had to mail my check in to WF, mean time they sold my loan to Rushmore. I had to come out of pocket to pay contractor, to fix my home after it flooded, contractors want to get paid, Rushmore refuses to give me my money, they are collecting interest on it, meantime I have judgements cause they won’t give me my check… managers refuse to talk to customers, they say they are not allowed to. And upon my internet search, Wells Fargo is in on it with them. So I’m getting together a class action lawsuit. Has anyone gone thru this with Rushmore ? If so contact me… the more the better.
