Reiki 1 Attunement & Certification Course. We go over the basics of Reiki & Energy Work, w/ emphasis on Self-Development and Daily Practice Reiki 1 is for Self-Development, Reiki 2 for the Treatment of Others, Reiki 3 is for Mastery. This Reiki 1 course is an initiation to the Universal Life Force Energy and will be focused on using Reiki for Personal Healing and Self-Development. Reiki attunements facilitate the ability to open up your energetic channels and cultivate a deep and meaningful connection to the energetic universe around you. Once you are aware of this connection and the energy is flowing, you can start to use it practically in your day-to-day life. On a physical level, Reiki helps with things like immunity, surgery prep, decreased healing time, and chronic pain flare-ups. On a mental/emotional level, Reiki helps with stress management, anxiety, grief, and trauma. OM, is a Licensed Acupuncturist, Craniosacral Therapist, and Reiki Master Teacher.  The founder of Healing Meadows Wellness, Meghan is an interdisciplinary healer who combins many modalities to create a unique and powerful healing experience.  Meghan has been Reiki attuned since 2008.  For this class she draws on her other modalities to give a solid foundation for working with energy, starting a healing journey, and utilizing the Reiki Energy everyday.
