Let's have a Savvy Soiree at Forum 225's Uncorked! And the best part is, we are back to all the in-person fun. Forum 225's Uncorked: A Savvy Soiree invites teams to compete for the best Sauvignon Blanc... all for a good cause! Come mix, mingle, and enjoy some delicious wine at our first in-person Uncorked in over a year. How It Works Invitees are asked to form teams of up to three members and participate in the competition. Each team selects and purchases three identical bottles of their favorite Sauvignon Blanc to present at the event. Two bottles are bagged, tagged, and offered for blind tasting and scoring. The third bottle goes into the winner's pot. At the conclusion of the festivities, the scores are tallied, the winners are recognized and awarded the pot of remaining bottles, and the bottle that received the lowest score is returned to its rightful owner to take home. What to Expect at the Event Teams can start to arrive at 6 pm to hand over their bottles and start the taste testing. From 6-8:30 pm participants test out their favorite wines and submit their least and favorite wines by 8:30 pm. Scores are tallied by our team and the winners are announced before 9 pm.
