Learn how to properly prepare for a run with Lawrence Herrera of the Performance Ranch
The days of lacing up your shoes and doing a few toe touches are gone. This clinic will teach you how to enhance your run and reduce your injury risk. You will learn simple soft tissue treatment, muscle activation drills, dynamic stretching and running drills that will improve your efficiency.

The evening will start with a 15 min warm-up, including stretching lead by Sport System's running department buyer, Likhaya Dayile.
