He takes a unique approach that works on single limb strength, core strength and balance that will have you clicking off miles while feeling good. We will teach bodyweight exercises that can be made more challenging by adding external load.
The evening will start with a 15 min warm-up, including stretching lead by Sport System's running department buyer, Likhaya Dayile.
