We are currently seeking someone to lead a pressure washing crew for our local company in Lafayette. Shifts include some days but mostly night work and many weekends during peak seasons. We have an opening for a dependable, hard-working person with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be respectful, honest, and team oriented. They will take pride in the quality of work they produce and have a strong desire to learn and grow, both personally and professionally. Candidates MUST be punctual, flexible, take well to direction, buy into positive company culture, have strong safety awareness and pay close attention to detail. POSITION REQUIREMENTS - Must have a valid Driver's License - Must be able to pass a drug screen - Must have working phone - Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work - Typical physical demands of this job include sitting, standing, walking, and lifting minimum of 50 lbs - Working outdoors with variable temperature and weather conditions ON JOB DUTIES - Pressure Wash and Soft Wash - Perform basic equipment repairs and maintenance - Navigate from job site to job site using GPS - Load and unload equipment on truck - Drive company truck and trailer to transport equipment to job site (Must be able to pull trailer) - Check in and out of jobs via technology on corporate jobs - Perform other work-related duties as assigned LEADERSHIP QUALITIES (For Lead Role) - Properly train and set team up for success - Motivate team and build positive moral - Lead by example - gain and keep trust of team members - Set clear expectations and goals for team members - Protect and care for company vehicles and equipment - Understand company vision and customer expectations - Quality checks after each job completed COMPENSATION/BENEFITS - Compensation Based on Work and Management Experience - Position to Grow with a Rapid Growing Company - Variety of Work: Different place every day - Use work vehicles to travel to and from job sites
