A variety of infant feeding topics will be discussed. For moms-to-be who have made the decision to breastfeed or for those who are still uncertain, the class offers breastfeeding basics and solutions to common breastfeeding issues. Topics include: • Benefits of breastfeeding • Best practices of breastfeeding • Products & services • Tips for returning to work • Latching and position assessment • Myths • Protecting your supply • Cues from baby Classes are in-person and limited in size. During the pandemic, masks are required and social distancing will be in place.
