Investing in the youngest citizens today to build a stronger democracy tomorrow. You are invited to celebrate with Civic Nebraska! Join us for our annual breakfast event on Wednesday, Sept. 8 at The Graduate Hotel Lincoln. We'll celebrate the work of Civic Nebraska, which creates a more modern and robust democracy for all Nebraskans. We are changing the civic landscape of our state by giving Nebraskans the opportunity and tools to get involved in their communities and empowering all to understand civic participation on all levels. Civic Nebraska will share our successes across our eight Community Learning Centers across the state; highlight our program achievements at our newest site, Raymond Central Community Schools; and share Civic Nebraska's youth and family impact across the turbulence that was the 2020-21 school year. Registration begins at 7:30 am and breakfast will be served promptly at 8.  There is plenty of parking – either valet ($20 + tax) or across the street in the public parking garage at Seventh and Commerce.
