Coaching Collaborative on the Teaching of Language Learning and Literacy for bilingual/dual language coaches, principals and teacher leads Looking to start your year connecting with a community of coaches and educators? Interested in gaining new knowledge and skills to share with colleagues at your school site? Join us at our Coaches Collab this September! We will spend three days of in-depth learning in ways to support adult learners, lean on structures of effective feedback and ways to support student achievement. On our first day we will spend diving into K-5 best practices to support language alongside literacy learning as well as understanding effective coaching moves and giving and receiving feedback. Then we will spend two days learning and practicing alongside each other in classrooms. Lucía and Jen will model literacy practices as well as coaching moves across K-5 classrooms and you and your colleagues will have the opportunity to practice, practice, practice! You’ll leave feeling ready to tackle the school year and support your school community.
