The event takes place on August 26th at 6pm at Cafe Whitney, inside The Whitney Peak Hotel. The evening will include a 5 course prix-fixe Spanish menu carefully curated by Head Chef, Christian Flores. Each course will be properly paired with a tasting experience led by Dani G Morris of Full Glass Hospitality.
