I’m Madison, the creator/baker/owner of The Country Cookie. I am super excited to be partnering with Pure Bean Coffeehouse in Rapid City to bring you a fun “coffee themed” cookie decorating class! Here’s little about me and how I got started creating cookies. - I was a special education and 5th grade teacher for 3 years until my husband and I decided I would become a stay at home mom. We are a ranching family just outside of Newell with three wonderful kids now. This business started up completely by accident when I decided to make some cookies for a baby shower I was hosting in June of 2019. Friends and family encouraged me to start selling cookies & the rest is history. Things have taken off much quicker than I ever expected and I am so so thankful for all of the love and support I have received from family, friends & my amazing customers! I tell everyone my life now revolves around 3 things - kids, cows & cookies! I can’t wait to share my love of decorating with you all! - Madison
