The purpose of the Graduate Association of Students in Public Policy and Administration (GASPPA) is to enhance Sacramento State's Public Policy and Administration (PPA) and Urban Land Development (ULD) programs, assist students in obtaining a richer education, and ensure that students will possess the tools to be successful in their careers.
