Handyman Needed

Looking for Handyman to do some repairs/maintenance on a 1-story 2-bedroom (1000 sq ft) rental property in Kokomo. I would be looking for you to (a) visit the property to assess the problems, (b) provide a ballpark estimate, and (c) do the work. The house has 3 immediate issues: 1. The gutters have separated from the house and water is getting under the soffit in a few places, which has rotted in places. I would be looking for you to repair the soffit (where necessary), reattach the gutters, and make any additional modifications to keep water from running off the roof onto the house. 2. Because of #1 above, water has been dripping onto the front doorway and rotted the sides of the door. I would be looking to patch or replace the door/door-way. 3. The main electrical line into the house has pulled away from the house. It is not on the ground or touching anything, but if left as is, I could see it becoming an issue later. It will need to be reattached to the house or possibly a pole could be placed adjacent to the house. Assuming this works out, I would be looking to re-use your services in the future to maintain my rental. I live about an hour from Kokomo. So having a trusted/reliable handyman that I can call when problems arise would be great. If you are interested, please contact me.
