Join us for the Leo New Moon for a sound bath meditation with relaxing hops tea and supportive community! Hops flowers (yes- the same hops that are an ingredient in beer brewing) have a natural, calming effect on the nervous system, making them very effective in reducing stress and anxiety. They are also naturally immune boosting! We’ll all chill out with hops and an opening new moon ceremony, then lead into the sound bath space with a guided meditation. This event is intended to open space for community connection and inner healing. We’ll be utilizing the potent new moon energy to allow ourselves to tune in to our inner guidance, and set intentions for ourselves. The sound meditation is the peak of the event when we will allow the vibration to guide us on an inward journey. Modern science has been studying vibration like crazy! Through entrainment (our brain waves syncing to the sounds) we enter a different state of mind completely naturally - a true gateway for mental and physical healing. Our gong + didgeridoo have a hz difference that naturally produces the alpha wave brain state, associated with physical + mental relaxation and heightened creativity and visualization. The powerful low tones of these instruments are incredibly grounding and soothing.
