Get a taste of painting with oils and create stunning special effects. Join Elisabeth Ferber, internationally known artist, to learn to paint with oils. Elisabeth will teach you how to use opaque and transparent paints to create special effects. You will create a simple yet effective background to support the center of interest, a white egret! Drawing skills are not required. Elisabeth will provide you with a template. This class is designed for beginner through intermediate students. All supplies are provided. A $15 cash supply fee is payable to the instructor at the time of class. With only 4 students Elisabeth will be able to provide you with hands on instruction. Your completed painting will be presentation ready at the end of the session. Artisans is an artist co-op in downtown Mount Dora, Florida. We specialize in handmade artwork of all kinds. Within our gallery there is a small classroom in which we are offering a variety of classes that are fun and addicting. You will always be able to take home something you created in class. The classes are relaxing and intimate. Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts. Downtown parking lots are within walking distance. Feel free to bring a non-alcoholic beverage.
