looking for small dog

Hi everyone! My family and i recently moved and we are looking for a small dog! Things we prefer but not limited to- calm & laid back, house trained, already spayed/neutered. We live in an apartment and I’m home all day so something like a companion dog could also be discussed. We have a dog park also! If at any way possible, we would like the cost to be pretty reasonable as we would like to spend most of our money on food, bed, toys, & treats.
