Mother’s Helper - must love kids and be a great driver! Nice family looking for help. I’m an entrepreneur and my wife is in finance. We have our hands full with our 7 and 4 year old boys. We are looking for a great Mother’s aid who can help us with meals, school drop-offs / pickups, organization and childcare. Family Overview: Oldest son (age 7) is mild-mannered and a responsible older brother. He attends school in Hayes Valley. Youngest son (age 4) is fun, warm and goes to school within walking distance of family home. We live at the edge of Jordan Park and the Inner Richmond. Your specific responsibilities will include: - Drive and pick up my oldest son in Hayes Valley for school. Certain days after school might require taking him to additional activities - Drive and pick up my youngest son to Inner Richmond for preschool. - Cooking - meal prep, follow family recipes and cleanup meals -3-4x a week - Dishes - load, hand wash as needed and put away dishes 2-4x a week - Tidy up kids toys in living areas and bedrooms daily - Laundry: clean and fold kids clothes 1x a week - On major school holidays or illness, it would be great if your schedule allowed for watching kids - Expansion of responsibilities may include babysitting, assisting in meal planning / organizing food delivery, running errands Compensation: We will provide compensation based on experience. We’re a communicative and appreciative family. We see you as a key member of our household. Schedule: Monday - Friday We are flexible and for the right fit can guarantee between 30 - 40 hours a week. Ideally we would find someone who can help in the morning shift (7-9am) and the evening shift (2-7pm). However if that is not feasible, we can do an evening shift that is longer as needed. Desired Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Family Assistant or Nanny - Experience and love of working with children - Experience and love of cooking - Organizational skills with a strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload - Driver’s license and clean driving record - Vaccinated for Covid-19 Application Process: Please fill out the following form (5 minutes):
