Weed pulling / yard maintenance help needed

I manage a 5 unit condominium complex in Berkeley and need some help with some clean up of the common areas this week whenever you have time. I would be there myself and basically want to get 1 person to help me so it goes faster. Please let me know how your experience doing yard maintenance type of work and how much per hour you would charge. Also let me know how far away you are from Berkeley. It would be easier if you are already nearby because then maybe in the future you could be paid to do regular yard maintenance depending on how it goes. I am hoping we could do a few hours of work to start and see how that goes. I would need to pay you with a check from the HOA since it is a business expense. Or I could pay you with Venmo or Paypal if you prefer. It just can't be cash because then I won't be able to track the expense. Thank you!
