We have a 40 unit apartment building on Taylor on the border of the Tenderloin and Union Square a few blocks from the Hilton Hotel that we are seeking a resident manager for.
The building is in good shape having been completely renovated in the 1990s and upgraded throughout. All the units are furnished and only a few are leased now with most of the tenants occupying seasonally.
Therefor we are looking for someone that can keep the common areas and sidewalks below clean. Vacuum floors weekly, mop stairs and lobby weekly, change trash cans daily, take trash cans to curb several times a week, clean up trash area and trash cans, power wash front sidewalk weekly. Ensure there is no loitering on sidewalk. We expect someone proactive in helping us keep the building ahead of the neighborhood issues.
We will supply an apartment for which you will pay 2/3 the value for or $1500.00 then we will pay you wages for approximately 20-25 hours a week of work that will offset in full your rent payment. This is not a "free rent" arrangement. If you are looking for that then look elsewhere. This is not a leisurely second job for someone to get "free rent". While you may use this is a second job we prefer someone who could be home at most hours to ensure the building is cared for.
We are eager to find the right person for this property. It has little in the way of tenant problems, more just needs someone to care for the interior and keep the exterior from becoming affected by the neighborhood.
Email for more info. Thank you.
