Growing construction company working exclusively in the Sonoma County area. We are in immediate need of below positions with experience in residential carpentry. 40 hours a week. General contractor has 20 yrs of experience in commercial and residential industry. Apprentice Carpenter Construction Laborer Journeymen Must be able to pass a physical and drug screen. Looking for an individuals with great work ethic who are willing to learn and grow with the company. Must be able to work with a team, follow directions and quality workmanship. You must be able to be professional and respectful when dealing with clients. The hours for this position are Monday – Friday from 7am to 3:30pm (occasional weekends as assigned) with standard required breaks and overtime. Requirements/Expectations: *Hablamos Espanol – Must be able to speak some English Clean background and clean DMV record Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance Be on-time Must have own hand tools (Apprentice, Journeymen) At least 6 months of work experience (Apprentice, Laborer) Ability to lift 75- 100 lbs Able to climb, stand and use ladders safely (Apprentice, Journeymen) Ability to work independently (Apprentice, Journeymen) Demolition, trash removal and hauling, site-cleanup (Apprentice, Laborer) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions (Journeymen) Trim work (Journeymen) Window/door installs (Journeymen) Understand drawings (Journeymen) Experience in Carpentry (Journeymen) Demolition (Journeymen) Finish Trim (Journeymen) Cabinet installs (Journeymen)
