Connections Matter Connections Matter is a community-based, evidence-informed, initiative that explores how personal connections have a profound impact on the brain, both young and old. It highlights the intersecting topics of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), trauma, brain development, and resilience. Most importantly the program demonstrates how positive personal connections can help absorb the impact effects of trauma and how every adult can be a guardian. **This training will be held at Vashti Center Dining Hall (pink building) at 1815 East Clay Street, Thomasville, GA 31792 **Lunch will be provided; please email Alex English at [email protected] to inform us of any food allergies the week before training **Social distancing will be in place; please bring masks for extra precaution
