Join us on Saturday, August 7 at 10:30 am for a 60-minute strength training class! Join ADAPT for a free functional strength training class at The Wharf Miami on Saturday, August 6 at 10:30 a.m. Come with an open mind, leave with a happy body. Arrive early to check in, settle in and relax before we get moving. Prepare for the sun and heat: water and sunscreen are encouraged. Space is limited. Must RSVP. WORKOUT TIME: 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM This event is brought to you by ADAPT ------ After the workout, doors for The Wharf Miami open at 12 p.m.! Enjoy Live Music, Eats, Cocktails and Good Times! EATS BY: The Chicken Spot, Sake Room, Spris Artisan Pizza and La Santa Taqueria. Children, & leashed dogs welcome with parent or guardian before 6 p.m. After 6 p.m., the venue is strictly 21+ DRESS CODE: Proper Dress Attire Required.
