MADISON, WI—A woman last seen on July 13 in Madison may be heading toward Wisconsin Rapids, according to the Grant County Sheriff's Office. Heidi J. Bauer, 48, has "significant mental health issues," according to authorities. She has ties to the Grant County and Sparta areas. The Grant County Sheriff's Office is asking people to keep an eye out for Heidi and her vehicle. She drives a 2015 Toyota Avalon with a Wisconsin registration number KUNAR8. Authorities were not able to provide further information when reached by Patch. The Sheriff's Office asks those with information to call 608-723-2157.
