Family-friendly festival with fun charity exhibits The GR Charity Fair is a new event where twelve charities (see below) will have fun exhibits including an art gallery, animal adoption exhibit, cookie booth, teddy bear drive, jewelry booth, and farmer's market!  There will also be a DJ and food trucks. It will be at Calder Plaza in Grand Rapids, MI on August 20 and 21, 2021, 12-6pm. And it is free attendance and free for charities to participate; it is preferred but not required that you RSVP. There are several ways to get involved with the fair. We are looking to partner with local businesses and churches, as well as book a couple more food trucks/stands. There are also several volunteer opportunities, and last but not least a GoFundMe is set up. donations are not tax-deductible however ALL the money raised after GoFundMe fees goes toward the event.
