The FHS Class of 2001 20 year reunion will be held at the new Hilton development, The Lodge at Gulf State Park.
There has been a lot of interest from you all in attending the 20 year reunion and I know everyone is looking forward to getting together. The new venue at the State Park seems like a perfect fit to accommodate our group. We will have both the Ballroom and Dunes Terrace reserved. Entertainment and stationed dinner buffet will be set up in the ballroom. Cash bar will be available for alcoholic beverages. The Dunes Terrace (outdoor/covered space) which overlooks the beach and provides guests with beach access will also be reserved for our use. For those traveling from out of town, there are hotel rooms on site which can be offered at a discounted group rate.
The cost per person is $73 which covers facility rental, catering plus food and non-alcoholic beverages. Musical entertainment will be provided at no extra charge.
Due to the timing of the reservation and deposit at risk, I will need tickets purchased by August 15. There are minimum rental and food costs required and we need sufficient attendance in order to accommodate the price point above . If we can't meet it, I won't be able to hold the reservation. Please purchase your tickets by August 15. If I don't have enough people commit, I will be forced to cancel. If the event is cancelled and you have already purchased your ticket, it will be refunded to you promptly after August 15. If you're interested in booking a room, message me.
