The Position: We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic person who enjoys working outside. The starting pay is $15 to $17 per hour depending on experience. Benefits after 90 days include: *Sick leave and holiday pay *High value health plan *Retirement plan *Vacation after 1 year Duties include: *Scouting plants for pest and damage and reporting to Grower. *Plant maintenance to include weeding, pruning and applying pesticides when needed. *Facility maintenance *Irrigation repair *Loading and unloading plant material Job Requirements: *Ability to regularly lift up to 25lbs and rarely 50lbs *Ability to or willing to learn to operate farm equipment such as tractor and bobcat *Willingness to work outside in all conditions year round Preferred experience: 1 to 2 years in a nursery or landscape position
