Adopt a dog with the GHHS! Join the Newnan Carnegie Library and the Georgia Heartland Humane Society to learn more about the GHHS, their mission, how to volunteer, how to adopt, how to foster, and meet a dog while you're with us! The Carnegie Library is one of the most historically significant structures in downtown Newnan and was built in 1904. The building served as a library until 1987 and is now a honor system library with adult and children's programs.
