Press release from Play Roanoke Parks and Recreation: 2021-07-26 Reimagine Roanoke Online Survey English Spanish Roanoke Parks and Recreation's Reimagine Recreation Campaign focuses on the outdated recreation centers and pool facilities in the City. The newest of these was built in the 70s, and our residents need and deserve 21st-century facilities. In March and April, the Department hosted community and stakeholder input meetings to reimagine what these spaces could be.
