HOWARD COUNTY, MD — As of Tuesday, 67.6 percent of Howard County residents have received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, a total of 220,271 people. Fully vaccinated people comprise 67.6 percent of the county's residents, or 220,128 people. Of those individuals who have been vaccinated with at least one dose, 53 percent are women and 47 percent are men. The most vaccinated segment of the county population happens to be those aged 50 to 59.
