Sterling Man Charged With Taking Photos In Women's Bathroom

STERLING, VA — A Sterling man was charged with obscenity unlawful filming for taking photos in the women's restroom outside the Macy's department store at Dulles Town Center in Sterling, the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said Tuesday. As part of an investigation, Loudoun County detectives were able to identify the suspect, Alexander R. Mobasser, 21, who turned himself in to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center and was released on an unsecured bond. On May 25 around 6:20 p.m., Loudoun County sheriff's deputies went to the mall for a report of a man in the women's restroom outside the Macy's. The victim reported a man was taking pictures under the stall wall. Mall security was notified, and they contacted the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office, which then began the investigation.
