We are looking for a Class A Diesel technician. Repair and maintains diesel and gasoline engine commercial trucks according to dealership and factory specifications in a professional and efficient manner resulting in quality repairs for the customers. Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm. Must be Flexible and willing to work weekend rotation. Requirements: Valid Driver’s License – CDL Preferred 2-5 years’ experience as a Class 7 & 8 technician and/or graduate of vocational diesel school. Has Necessary tools to perform job responsibilities and Diesel mechanic work. Qualifications and Skills: Experienced in the repair and maintenance of both diesel, and gasoline powered class 5 through 8 Heavy trucks. Also repairs and maintenance of the following: dry van, auto carrier, specialty trailers, trailing equipment, and 26 ft. Box trucks. Volvo, Cummins and other OEM dealership experience preferred. Freightliner, Mack, Kenworth, Peterbilt and International repair experience a plus. Strong communication skills, professional conduct and dedicated work ethic. Lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds. Perform repeated and repetitive movement consistent within the tire industry. Other duties can and will arise and you should be prepared to take on these challenges openly.
