JOB FUNCTIONS • Climb & descent trees using rope & safety harness • Use chainsaw to cut brush, limbs & logs of large trees • Operate company truck(s) & equipment maintaining them in neat, clean & specified mechanical order • Works around hazardous equipment • Works around excessive noise from chain saws, chippers & equipment • Come to work dressed in appropriate clothing/work boots JOB REQUIREMENTS • Must be able to maintain attention and concentration for extended period of times • Must be able to wear necessary proper protection equipment • Must be able to understand verbal job instructions/information • Must be able to work well with others a team, & to communicate to each other • Must be able to maintain attention during dangerous tasks • Must be able to life, move & maneuver up to 50lbs • Must have endurance necessary to perform these duties throughout a standard 8-10hr day • Typical work schedule Monday-Thursday with a possibility of emergencies & or storm work • Must have reliable transportation to & from startup location • Must have valid drivers license.
