Construction Labor Needed

I have construction labor work. I am a general contractor remodeling a house. I need to remove debris and a harwood floor. I need two construction laborers or carpenters to work under my suoervision. I will pay cash at the end of the week or till job completed. I am looking for people who can drive themselves to the jobsite and get the job done. I pay after the job is done or on Friday. I will have you write a sub-contractor form with me and I will need some form of ID for my bookkeeping records. Please no drug users or alcoholics will be allowed into the jobsite. If you are selfish and rude do not apply. If you have a problem of integrity or not showing up to work then I would rather not have you waste my time. There is a real job waiting for the right person. I will be screening all applicants and I will be supervising all workers closely. I do not baby sit adult-children and I will quickly remove you from the jobsite if you have mental health issues. unfortunantly, I have had a lot of bad workers thru craigslist and I am looking for real men who want work and an opportunity to get ahead with the money.
