Asphalt repairs / Sealcoating / line striping

I'm looking for asphalt laborers with at least 1 yr. experience (shovel guys, rake guy, tarring ext spraying sealcoat,). I need a person that knows how to complete asphalt repairs, sealcoating and tarring. I will pay on experience and work performance. I need men who are hard workers and understand that Asphalt is a fast pace work environment. I need reliable men who will show up every day and work hard and understand that the hours are not 7 am-3 pm or 9 am-5 pm. A driver's license is a definite plus!
