NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville came in fourth for the most DUI arrests in Illinois in 2020, according to a new study released by the Alliance Against Intoxicated Motorists (AAIM). According to the study, Naperville police made 242 DUI arrests throughout 2020. Here's a look at the top 10 suburbs with the highest number of DUI arrests last year: Decatur: 344Rockford: 304Bloomington: 254Naperville: 242Elgin: 233 Carol Stream: 224 Waukegan: 222 Lombard: 220 Cicero: 217Springfield: 215Aurora: 200 AAIM has conducted its annual survey since 1990. In 2020, they surveyed close to 700 Illinois police departments, with a response rate of 77 percent.
