ELMHURST, IL — Elmhurst police released their latest arrest and citation log Monday. Here is information from the reports: Soliciting without permit Frankie Costa, 28, of Niles, and Nicholas Mendez, 42, of Arlington Heights, were cited about 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Gladys and Emroy on charges of soliciting without a permit. They were released on bond. DUI Arman M. Gafeney, 24, of Villa Park, was arrested about 9 a.m. Sunday at North and Interstate 290 on charges of aggravated DUI, driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving on unsafe tires and being illegally parked in the roadway. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.John Kurator, 56, of Crest Hill, was arrested shortly after midnight Friday at York and Second on charges of DUI, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, failure to wear a seat belt and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released on bond. Ricardo Estrada, 39, of Northlake, was arrested about 1:30 a.m. Saturday at Willow and Grantley on charges of DUI, driving with a revoked license, illegal transportation of alcohol, improper tinting, failure to signal, improper lane usage and disobeying a stop sign. He was released on bond. Daija Hurks, 24, of Berwyn, was arrested about 2 a.m. Sunday at Interstate 290 and North on charges of DUI, illegal transportation of open alcohol, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, speeding and improper lane usage. She was released on bond. Driving violations Allan Olvera Gamez, 28, of Chicago, was cited about 8 p.m. Saturday at York and Industrial on charges of driving with a suspended license and tinted windows. He was released on bond. Jerry Urraco Pineda, 21, of Miami, Florida, was cited about 4 a.m. Sunday at North and Melrose on charges of driving with a suspended license, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
