This shop is what we have heard about. First impression tells a lot. This guy was ignorant. He doesn't know enough about cars and he's not polite to talk to.
This place is directly across from BJs on West Waters Ave.
We asked him if he has any openings for a car repair. He said he wouldn't make an appointment without the car being present. That's an idiot's excuse of not wanting new customers. Bye bye.
As an elder lady, I can't see a need for his attitude. It was bad. No business from me, my family, nor my friends for this place.
