MASSACHUSETTS — It's Tuesday, July 27. Here's what you should know this afternoon: A Worcester man is the latest addition to the state police list of most-wanted fugitives.An algae bloom was still affecting Lake Cochituate and swimming areas in Wayland, Natick and Framingham.Another local chain of breweries and taphouses bites the dust forever due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Today's Top Story State police added a Worcester man to the agency's "most wanted" list this week. Jeffrey Beltre-Rojas is wanted in connection to the fatal shooting of a Worcester in July 2020. According to police, Beltre-Rojas, 27, shot Luis Tiro-Romero multiple times inside a Mount Pleasant Street home in the Main South neighborhood last summer. Tuesday's Other Top Stories Water department lawsuit: A former Marlborough Department of Public Works employee is suing the city claiming he was terminated after trying to sounds alarms about threats to public safety, according to court documents. Dolphins rescued on Cape Cod: Nine dolphins found themselves stranded on Cape Cod beaches during low tide Monday, according to the International Fund for Animal Welfare.
