We are a family owned shop that primarily work on European cars such as BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Land Rover, Mini, Volkswagen, Volvo, Jaguar, but we also work on all American and Japanese makes and models.

Our shop is growing so we are looking for a service writer who will help us diagnose cars faster and communicate it with our customers and mechanics effectively.
Job Description:
The service adviser is responsible for attending to our customers as they come into the shop and establishing communications between the customers and the mechanics. As a service adviser, you will also be required to communicate with the customers about the assessment of their vehicles, what options they have for repair and what would be the best option for their circumstances. You will also communicate a customer’s servicing choices to the mechanics and compose repair orders using our shop’s choice of repair order software.
More Detail:
Minimum 5 years of experience with European car service writing/repairs.
Providing customers with detailed information about all available parts options provided by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and by aftermarket parts manufacturers
Advising customers about part warranties and potential cost savings
Consulting with mechanics on behalf of the customer about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs
Contacting customers to update them on the status of their service, notifying them of any possible changes in their service and when their vehicle is ready to be picked up
Answering customer questions about the outcome of their service
