queer shared practice space

$175 a month 20 something queer fem looking to share a lil practice space with someone! its month to month and no lease which is nice, so we can try it out for a month and see if its a good fit. hoping to find someone who wants to share the space for the month of august. I make spooky, ethereal solo music, looking to find someone to share the space who is not your classic " white man band" vibe. the room is 10x15 so its not huge but could easily be a space for a band of 1-4 depending on what your doing/if you don't mind being close together. full drum kit would not be ideal. there's a lofted shelf to keep stuff on as well. ideally, looking for someone who would be cool to have a few scheduled times and days a week they would be practicing. the way I make music is super experimental and fluid so I find I work best with someone else who is more structured so I can be the one kind of flowing around your set times for the most part. no pics yet but will have some later this week lmk if you wanna chat more! send a link to some form of social media or something so I know your not a robot!!! <3
