I have a 2 year old smooth hair border collie named Duke, he’s very active and loving and sweet. He’s had a tough past and I am not able to help him any more than I have. He needs lots of attention and right now it’s just more time than I’m able to allocate to him. He is up to date on all his shots and neutered. He’s not mean, very submissive.
