Resorting to craigslist is cringe. since the pandemic,!and lack of social outings im trying it out. Im an experimental bass player, but also a safe bass player who knows my diverse style and how to properly put bass in a mix with an array of insturments,in confidence. too many people on CL “cool-guying” me because im pretty and not everyone gets my satire. i think the next up and coming sound will be a live band with a few hip hop/punk style artist on vocals. like deathgrips but more RoCk… think more about bands like soul glo,space camp, h09909 and similar stuff. punk ( which never died), and pop punk are coming back, people crave something real and orginal. *Cough* MGK *cough* is like a post modern/after pandemic 2020 pile of trash. when i talk about this type od fusion i dont mean a nu metal limp bizkit project lol (but fr that could work if you make it faster and abrasive). i do love shoegaze, and psychedelic music. i do listen to plenty of Sonic Youth, my bloody valentine, DIIV, teen brains, starflyer 59, turnstile (new ep rips), broncho, fear before the march of flames,madlib, MF doom, i can go on forever in in my prime, no kids, not a creepy old man. ive been producing angry dark pandemic music in my own DIY studio, and selling beats to rappers on the side. all music produced by me below hotsocks.bandcamp.com ratmagnet.bandcamp.com (friend pat on vocals for rat magnet) hcllc.bandcamp.com www.soundcloud.com/hcllc played guitar and did vocals for my last shoegaze band RUN and did a dirt demo in a basment done live. link down below https://half-gifts.bandcamp.com/track/windup-bird I have a roomy studio, for practice/recording.
