Drummer looking for Americana musicians

I'm a drummer and singer looking for one or two other musicians with live experience to form an Americana/bluegrass/funk band (we can start the "central coast country" genre). I write a lot of music on guitar and keyboard for my solo albums but would look to just play drums and sing lead and back up. Looking for musicians in SLO, not in surrounding areas, to make rehearsals and meetings easier. Harmonies and tight, high energy songs mixed with something unique is what I would like to get going. A good start of the feel/tempo I would like to achieve, if not necessarily the sound, would be Cumberland Blues by the Grateful Dead. Just looking to form a good live band that keeps the tempo up and gets peoples' asses moving. That's basically it.
