Looking for competent, reliable, and affordable Renovation team. Contractors are welcome as long as we can afford you. 3BR 2BA one story house. Work includes carpentry, sheetrock, ceiling, tile work, bathroom, kitchen, flooring, electricity. References and License for the electrical work required. We need also a French drain with at least a 4 ft deep and about 150 ft long. No room for excavator, it has to be done manually.
