This research study, funded by the National Institutes of Health, tests e-cigarette nicotine reduction for adults who vape e-cigarettes and smoke cigarettes. Some details: -Must be 21 or older and use both cigarettes and e-cigarettes (other eligibility criteria apply) -Eligible participants will be provided with a free 4-week supply of Juul pods and answer daily and weekly online surveys -Compensation provided for completing study activities. -This is not a treatment study.
